G'day everyone and welcome to Maggie's Blog. I'm so excited about what I did in Canberra last week. Apart from seeing the absolutely stunning exhibition of Post Impressionists from the Musee D'Orsay at our wonderful National Gallery, I went to the National Zoological Gardens and Aquarium and met a Cheetah! Well, I met four actually, but the one I spent most time with was a beautiful female called Robi (short for Nairobi.) I have over forty photos, and below are three. The expression on my face in the last one says it all: "I think I've died and gone to heaven!!" I hope you enjoy looking at them almost as much as I did having them taken. My next blog will give details of the Global Atheist Conference in Melbourne in March, at which I shall be chairing a session.
'Bye for now.
Maggie

Fabulous photos Maggie! Welcome to the world of blogging! I'm addicted! x
ReplyDeleteLoved your blog Maggie, one thing i hated was the visit to Canberra zoo (my home town) the animals have very little space to roam like the zebras. I think Canberra zoo is not a nice place for the animals. A lot of people enjoy zoos but i get this awful depressed energy and find it hard to even take my 2 little children. We live in a sad world.
